A Business Administration graduate from Ottawa University, Anthony joined ASCO’s accounting team in 1993 and progressed into the positions of accounting clerk, bookkeeper, controller, and VP Finance, before being elected President of ASCO in 2001.

Throughout his career, Anthony gained valuable experience in finance, contract law, mergers and acquisitions, and human resources management.

Leading by example, Anthony provides guidance and mentorship to the team with focus on building and maintaining strong long-term partnerships. He is passionate about doing things right the first time and loves collaborating with staff and partners to make a positive contribution in all aspect of the business.

As President and CEO, Anthony is responsible for the strategic direction, corporate governance, and the sustained growth of the Company. Whether through organic growth, joint ventures, partnerships, and/or acquisitions, Anthony aspires to make ASCO one of the top ten (10) construction employers in Canada before his retirement, without ever losing sight of the impact of our decisions on our workers, customers, partners, the community and the environment.

Jason is a managing partner of ASCO since 1999 and holds a Gold Seal Certification in Estimating. His vast construction industry experience includes site management, tendering, subcontractor prequalification’s, procurement, and project management.

As Executive Lead, Jason ensures our Project Teams meet or exceed set goals and milestones to the utmost satisfaction of our clients. Jason’s attention to quality assurance and quality control and his leadership are a hallmark of ASCO’s projects’ successes and superior delivery.

Jason’s responsibility includes mentoring, guiding, and overseeing the overall aspects of estimating and project execution for ASCO’s Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec operations. He is experienced in managing multi-disciplinary teams, including interaction with Clients, Consultants, End Users and Subcontractors. Jason is passionate about providing innovative and creative solutions and will make no compromise in safely delivering all ASCO’s projects.

Pat joined ASCO in 2006 as District Manager of the Toronto office. In 2016, Pat became a partner with the firm and was promoted to VP Construction. Over his tenure with ASCO, he has been instrumental in successfully delivering over 14 complex and challenging water and wastewater projects.

Pat holds a Diploma in Construction Engineering Management and a Gold Seal Certification in Project Management. Throughout his 35-year career, Pat held various positions from labourer to site surveyor, project manager and senior management in the general contracting and high-rise construction industry. His diverse construction experience in Ontario and Alberta includes project in the Petro-Chemical, Heavy Civil, ICI and High-rise sectors, with values ranging from multi-million to multi-billion dollars. As an instrumental team member of one of Canada’s largest general contractor, Pat constructed several iconic projects in the downtown core of Toronto including the National Trade Centre, TD Canada Trust Towers, Canada Life Headquarters, and the new Terminal 1 at Pearson International Airport. Pat’s present focus is building upon ASCO’s proven water and wastewater core business by adding ICI projects to the Toronto District portfolio.

Domenic holds a diploma in Construction Engineering from Algonquin College. Domenic is also passionate about communication in many languages. He is currently fluent in 4 languages including English, French, Italian and Portuguese.

He started his career in Estimating and has since held positions in Project Management and Site Supervision. He has accumulated 17 years of experience in the ICI sector in general contracting as well as 15 years of experience as a subcontractor.

Throughout his construction career, Domenic has managed and completed various projects, ranging from the 10,600 ft2 New Napa Store in Carleton Place to the 550,000 ft2 MHLH Support Facility for the CH-147 Chinook Helicopters at CFB Petawawa.

His specialized expertise in Design Build and Construction Management has helped him build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors in the Greater Ottawa Area. This will help him guide ASCO Construction’s team to success in the Greater Ottawa Area, and throughout Eastern Ontario, where he will be responsible for all of ASCO Construction’s operations.

With his passion, knowledge, experience, expertise and strong work ethic, Domenic has all the skills necessary to lead and coach his team to success. Domenic’s qualities will complement and reinforce all aspects of project delivery for ASCO Construction’s portfolio.
