ASCO is a well established, well reputed company and I am proud to be part of it. What I like the most about working with ASCO is the high level of professionalism in a friendly outgoing environment where I feel secure and appreciated. My colleagues are trustworthy, high level professionals that I can count on when I need help or guidance. We learn a lot from each and everyone.
I would recommend someone to work for ASCO if they want an opportunity to advance in their career while being supported all along. The owners follow your career goals and aim on getting you to where you wish to be in a timely manner. I like the chemistry that I have with my co-workers either in the office or on site. We are a good team that works well together.
I was looking for a new and diverse and challenging job that would allow me to complete different tasks and get out of my comfort zone. Having never worked in the construction industry, I can say that I have achieved my initial goals! I like being able to wake up in the morning and want to go to work, do my daily tasks and be with my colleagues. ASCO employees are a great, dynamic team and mutual assistance is the order of the day. The work environment is friendly, it is nice to work here.
Senior Project Manager
I was looking to join an organization that met three main criterias: people that shared my values, opportunity for professional and personal growth and forward thinking. At ASCO, we operate a professional and ethical business, the direction of the company is creating opportunities and we are implementing new ideas and processes at the forefront of the industry. I have a feeling that we are a small company on the path to something big and I want to help it get there. Working at ASCO is a real opportunity for those who want to contribute to all aspects of the business and be part of a winning team.
Senior Site Superintendent
I was first interested in working for ASCO due to the close involvement of the owners, Anthony and Jason Assaly, in the work activities. I enjoy working with ASCO because of the variety of the projects, I can oversee and run them independently but also with the required support from the management team.
Human Resource Manager
I work with a dedicated group of employees and managers. People collaborate and get involved in our projects. In a short time, I was able to create a complicity with managers and many employees. It is very rewarding! They made me quickly feel at home which I appreciated very much.
I enjoy working with good site supervisors and getting their continuous support on site. I also like the diversity of work tasks and the chemistry that I have with my co-workers. I really appreciate the chemistry that I have with my colleagues as well as with the supervisors. I am a team player and I feel safe working on site with the safety measures and precautions put in place by ASCO.
Senior Site Superintendent
What I like the most at ASCO is that it is a family-based company, owners are honest, friendly and they take care of their employees wellbeing. They are always ready to improve our work environment and the quality of our work is acknowledged and appreciated. If you need a challenge and want to be treated like a human, it is the place to work, join the team!
I have been with the ASCO Group for 18 years. I started my career with little experience in accounting and the President of the Company saw great potential in me and took me under his wing. Over time, I have carved out the ranks within the company and today I hold the position of Supervisor of Finance. If I had to describe ASCO in one word, it would have to be “Teamwork!“.
